ABSTRACT
In this paper, we deal with conceptual and methodological elements to develop the pedagogical inclusive competence of professors higher education in Ecuador. We analyze current conceptions main drawbacks related inclusion process university environment nowadays. support a theoretical procedural model, from practical standpoint, implemented procedures structured map processes reach an formative process. The results are given development increase culture at university, revealed improvement curriculum approach, betterment physical technological infrastructure, permanent upgrading putting into practice policies affirmative action.
