ABSTRACT
The RS field is a green oil that in development stage with carbonate reservoir as the interest zone. A Zone one of zones highest reserve and has been produced since October 2019. water injection program applied through well November 2020. significant pressure decline an indicator not optimum maintaining pressure. There no dynamic model for performance forecasting. Therefore, further detail comprehensive analysis monitoring surveillance characterization required. objective to optimize maintenance increase recovery field. This study consists three steps analysis: evaluation existing (pressure maintenance) surveillance; evaluation; 1-D simulation study. Surveillance includes production analysis; voidage replacement ratio (VRR) Hall’s Plot Chan’s Diagnostic analysis. Reservoir remaining drive mechanism displacement profile phase based on fractional flow (Buckley-Leverett); quality heterogeneity; condition Material balance modelling used initial optimization wells prediction. Based prediction material balance, if VRR = 1, until end contract (October 2039), capable producing rate 3038.36 BOPD; up 1679.28 psig; cut reached 77.82%; cumulative 31.14MMSTB or equivalent 12.50% factor.
