ABSTRACT
The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between organizational health perceptions and work-related behaviors physical education teachers in terms gender differences. A total 221 (98 females 123 males) working at primary secondary institutions five towns Izmir participated study. Organizational Health Inventory (Akbaba, 1997), Work-Related Behaviors Experience Pattern Scale (Gençer et al., 2010) a questionnaire consisting questions designed obtain demographic information were used Canonical correlation analysis is identify measure associations among two sets variables. As result canonical analysis, sub-dimensions identity satisfaction with life prominent for overall sample; environmental effectiveness balance mental stability female teachers; tendency exert male teachers. It appeared that interaction harmony inside outside school are important both In addition, while it maintain professional family teachers, make an effort fulfill their tasks ideally due responsibilities families.
