ABSTRACT
A method for the synthesis of reactive aliphatic guanidine oligomers (GO) different MM by reaction oligomeric oxyalkylaliphatic diepoxide with varying ratio starting components subsequent neutralization obtained product hydrochloric acid was developed. characteristic feature structure GO is their amphiphilicity, presence hydroxy-containing fragments both at ends and inside chain. The are to further chemical transformations. characterized FTIR 1H-NMR spectroscopy, molecular weight determined liquid chromatography titration data. bactericidal properties against a number gram-positive (Micrococcus luteus, Rhodococcus erythropolis, rubber, Bacillus megaterium, subtilis, cereus) gram-negative bacteria (Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Serratia marcescen), depending on MW were investigated. minimum inhibitory concentration studied bacterial strains determined. It has been shown that oligomer highest content greatest activity and, accordingly, lowest bacteria. analogy polyhexamethylene chloride can be recommended as substances biocidal fungicidal properties. In addition, inherent reactivity synthesized makes them promising obtaining various new types polymers composites based them.
