The effect of concentration a solid phase and intensity mechanical action on the sedimentation stability aqueous dispersions nanosilica was studied. It shown that high adsorption activity regarding proteins remains practically unchanged for several years. such can be used as application sorbents in medical practice. As result conducted research industrial technology created production medicinals based form dispersions.
