ABSTRACT
Recent global health initiatives have focused on improving human capacity in medical education in low-resource settings. One example is the Rwanda Human Resources for Health (HRH) Program, which pairs US medical faculty with Rwandan colleagues to train resident physicians. We hypothesized that a survey of Rwandan trainees would provide an important perspective on the quality of their education.
