ABSTRACT
The health and well-being of school-aged children has received little attention compared with younger aged < 5 years adolescents. In this final article in a supplement reviews that have assessed the effectiveness interventions for across variety health-related domains (including infectious diseases, noncommunicable healthy lifestyle, mental health, unintentional injuries, sexual reproductive health), we summarize main findings offer way forward future research, policy, implementation. We complement evidence base on summary literature related to enabling policies intersectoral actions supporting child health. school represents an important platform both delivery preventive collection data academic achievement, several frameworks exist help facilitate creation health-promoting environment at school.
