ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE The authors of this study aimed to evaluate the use polysomnography (PSG) in children with Down syndrome (DS) between ages 0 and 7 years, assess prevalence severity obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) associated comorbidities, describe interventions used for OSA.
