ABSTRACT
To determine the validity of fetal kidney length and amniotic fluid index (AFI) in labor dating. This prospective study included 180 pregnant women followed up outpatient clinic at Department Obstetrics Gynecology, Gaziantep University, Turkey, between January 2014 2015. The gestational age (GA) was estimated by early ultrasound measures last menstrual period. Routine biometric parameters, length, were measured. We studied correlation index, age. mean depending on period 31.98±4.29 (24-39 weeks). 35.66±6.61 (19-49 mm). There a significant (r=0.947, p=0.001). However, there moderate negative GA AFI. Adding to routine biometrics improved effectiveness model used estimate (R2=0.965 R2=0.987). Gestational can be better predicted adding other parameters.
