ABSTRACT
Trivalent chromium is an essential trace element for humans and animals it the final product of hexavalent reduction in cell.It integral part glucose-tolerance factor, which increases systemic impact insulin. The aim this study was to analyse effect trivalent on selected biochemical parameters Japanese quails.Birds were divided into three groups: group I (control group, n=12), II (treated with chromium, n=12) III n=12).During 20 days follow-up, control experimental groups quails had identical diet; added daily food (5 mg/kg) water mg/L) groups.Glucose concentrations highest Group III, while lowest glucose obtained I.There higher differencies regarding blood between treated Cr(VI).Our results showed that negative effects quails, treatment Cr(III) minor fluctuations or activities parameters.
