ABSTRACT
PURPOSE: The aim of this research is to identify the sources conflicts at workplace in publichospitals Bulgaria.METHODS: By means direct individual poll was studied opinion 302 medical employees four general hospitals.Of all respondents, 223 (73.8±2.53%) were professionals and 79 (26.2±2.53%) рhysicians.We used a set questions that determine hospitals.The data analysed using descriptive statistics non-parametric analysis significance level for null hypothesis p<0.05.The statistical performed SPSS v. 16.RESULTS: Conflicts hospitals are determined by conditions factors socioeconomic environment, particularities organizational management structure, nature interpersonal relationships within team, mediated joint work activities personal characteristics organization.CONCLUSIONS: arises due variety factors.The systematic study hospital allows problem areas prevent negative impact on staff.
