ABSTRACT
Currently, liver disease is widespread and the awareness of these diseases low. Early symptoms do not necessarily indicate problems with this organ patients are usually informed their when stage already advanced. Invasive biopsies clinical diagnostic method most commonly used in evaluation disease. A biopsy associated a high risk false results additional complications. Finding new non-invasive imaging methods has led to discovery called Magnetic Resonance Elastography (MRE). This technique allows one evaluate mechanical properties tissues distinguish between pathological states. Testing using can be performed on conventional magnetic resonance system by few components properly prepared software. Studies have shown that there strong correlation MRE-measured stiffness degree fibrosis. MRE also useful characterizing tumors. show highly credible both health volunteers tremendous potential. The described currently widely potential serve as safe accurate alternative diagnostics future.
