ABSTRACT
The object of this study is the regularity changes in biogenic destructive effect microorganisms on concrete structural elements livestock facilities due to use original liquid phase mixture disinfectant based aldehyde and surfactant. Microorganisms construction materials as a substrate for growth nutrition; they produce citric acid, which leads change composition morphology hydrated cement new formations. microflora pigsty has been determined, minimum concentration glutaraldehyde didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride was found. By TPD MS method, decrease intensity carbon dioxide (CO2) release samples during heating sample 900 °C proved, compared control intact corrosion sample. Electron microscopy shows presence colonies micromycetes. It established that calcite intensively released concrete, retained its integrity not subjected when heated temperature 600 °C. confirms preservation homogeneous structure concrete. at 1 % destroys micromycetes, 2 – shell microorganisms, 3 biofilm. Treatment with Aspergillus fumigatus Penicillium oxalicum, inhibits process biological strengthens results experiment can be applied inhibit extend life building structures made through %.
