ABSTRACT
Background. The prevalence of various allergic diseases has increased worldwide in recent decades. Allergy diagnosis children should be economically optimal and as sparing possible, while ensuring the high quality medical care. Objective. aim study is to develop algorithms for analysis sensitization profile with allergy family history, or suspected allergy, atopy phenotype. Methods. Complete examination 153 aged from 1 17 years 11 months was performed. Children were divided 4 groups according presence characteristics complaints, disease. Sensitization determined via “gold standard” — ImmunoCap method (Phadia, Sweden), results skin testing. Results. 97 (63.4%) have shown allergens. We revealed seasonal manifestation allergens: Fagales 89-92% cases, grasses 68-72% weeds 39-57% cases. Complaints all-year manifestations rhinitis 24% cases cat dandruff, complaints coughing and/or bronchospasm 100% birch pollen 35% house dust. strong correlations confirmed statistical significance between allergen classes different plants. Conclusion. Optimal living Moscow agglomeration developed obtained correlations.
