ObjectiveThe 360° multisource feedback (MSF) is an assessment tool used to assess a physician's competency, skills and communication by gathering from multiple groups of assessors. Studies on its use in the residency selection process limited. This study aims determine if MSF affects faculty perception candidate influence selection.MethodsFor 2015 SingHealth Obstetrics Gynaecology Residency Programme, gathered collated prior interview. During ranking exercise, panel members voted based their performance during interview review curriculum vitae. then given each candidate's asked vote for second time. Results voting before after were analysed.ResultsComparing scores MSF, mean difference 0.193 with standard deviation 0.380. Paired t-test showed significant revealed (p=0.018).ConclusionFaculty influenced can lead changes patterns process.</ns4:p>
