ABSTRACT
The study investigates the emotional costs experienced in new workplace and general self-efficacy (GSE) as predictors of coping during first period reemployment. was conducted among 69 unemployed professional internship. Questionnaires battery administered two waves (T1 T2) within weeks this kind reemployment after 3 months. 35 respondents participated T2. results showed GSE strategies using work re-entry phase. Further regression analysis a significant relationship between problem solving (T1) GSE, (T2).
