ABSTRACT
In the present work investigations were performed concerned with determination of optimal ratio vinpocetine and polyethylene glycol within a solid dispersion (1:2 or 1:5) according to simulation results in framework molecular dynamics associated release reactant into aqueous medium. For from its alloy technique coarse-grained force field Martini 2.2 was applied use Gromacs 2018 computer program. Results demonstrated that at pH 6.8 facilitated solubilization thus considerably enhanced solubility water. The data obtained show values energies van der Waals interaction between polymer, as well water, both 1:2 1:5 are similar.
