ABSTRACT
Like many countries, Jordan has resorted to lockdown in an attempt contain the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19). A set precautions such as quarantines, isolations, and social distancing were taken order tackle its rapid spread Covid-19. However, authorities facing a serious issue with enforcing quarantine instructions among people. In this paper, mentoring system been designed alert if any citizens violated detect crowds measure their using object tracking technique that works real-time base. This utilises widespread surveillance cameras already exist public places outside residential buildings. To ensure effectiveness approach, uses deployed on campus Al-Zaytoonah University Jordan. The results showed efficiency people determining distances between them accordance safety instructions. work is first approach handle classification challenges for moving objects shared-memory model multicore techniques.
