ABSTRACT
The diffraction by a thin material strip is analyzed for the H-polarized plane wave incidence using Wiener-Hopf technique together with approximate boundary conditions. An asymptotic solution obtained case where thickness and width of are small large compared wavelength, respectively. scattered field evaluated asymptotically based on saddle point method far expression derived.
