ABSTRACT
Abstract The increase in violence against LGBT people (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transvestite, transgender and transgender) Brazil encourages the adoption of preventive strategies, among them Public Conversations Project (PCP), methodology for groups conflicts. This study aimed to analyze group process PCP, focusing on effects structure conversation interactions undertaken. There were three meetings with a total 13 participants involved issue people. audio-taped, speeches analyzed according social constructionism. PCP has proved useful think more human confrontation difference favor an ethical interest. It was possible say that creation different way talking coincided emergence new ways acting. these should be observed longitudinally, as well trigger reflections public policies attention LGBT.
