ABSTRACT
Agminated nevus is a cluster group of melanocytic nevi confined to localized area the body. There are many pigmented lesions described in literature as agminated, such blue nevi, multiple lentigines and Spitz but only few cases congenital agminated have been described. We report case male child who presented with emphasizing importance physical examination, dermoscopy, histopathological evaluation, differential diagnosis follow up rule out possibility dysplastic or malignant changes.
