ABSTRACT
The present study is to explore the interventional effects and potential mechanisms of Maslinic acid on heart damage in obesity hypertension. rats were given SHR high-fat diet for 16 weeks. WGA staining Masson applied detect structure fibrosis degree. WB method was used expressions ANP, BNP, P-MHC, TGF-β1, CTGF, Collagen I, III, Fibronectin other proteins tissue. ELISA serum TNF-α, IL-6, PAI-1 content. IF employed expression Nrf2 can significantly improve morphology tissue, reduce hypertrophy swelling cardiomyocytes, inhibit deposition collagen fibers, MYH7, TGFpl, Fibronectin, CollagenI CollagenIII effectively TNF-a, IL-6 expression, inflammation, elevate level obese SHR, myocardial hypertrophy, cardiac fibrosis, inflammation. underlying mechanism may be related elevating protein cytoplasm promoting enter nucleus, thereby activity mitochondria-function-related proteins. capabilities hypertrophy-related are also related.
