ABSTRACT
Chondromyxoid fibroma is a rare bony tumor that usually presents in the lower extremities of middle-aged adults. Involvement craniofacial skeleton extremely rare. We present unique case an adolescent boy with chondromyxoid mandible. The this patient recurred after initial treatment curettage. treated recurrence resection involved mandible and immediate reconstruction using vascularized musculo-osseus seventh rib flap (“Eve procedure”). Despite complex adolescents due to skeletal immaturity, has successfully grown up 3 years postoperatively. Therefore, we believe feasible solution for ramus condyle growing patient.
