ABSTRACT
Chang'e-4 probe is planned to land on the farside of moon for first time human being. Compared nearside moon, terrain rugged and complex, there no large flat area, so change will affect soft-landing Chang'e-4. The landing site South-Pole Aitken Basin analyzed compared wth area Chang'e-3 mission, considering influences ofthe mission design, lander design lunar working procedure. main conclusions are as follows:1) latitude longitude range reduced from 16.4° 3° about 4° 2° mission; 2) During power descent phase, strategy after deceleration phase changed oblique forward motion trajectory vertical down trajectory, operation distance measuring sensor also changed; 3) signal transmission powers noise ratios microwave ranging velocity be improved; 4) lighting communication by occlusion prediected, strategies such sleep mode or eclipse established. Through modification, can adapted changes in topography reduce risk mission.
