ABSTRACT
Polo-like kinase 4 (PLK4) involves in tumor progression via regulating centriole duplication. This study aimed to investigate correlations of PLK4 with characteristics and survival cutaneous melanoma patients undergoing surgical resection. Tumor specimens 43 were retrieved for determination by immunohistochemistry (IHC). The IHC score was a multiplication staining intensity percentage staining-positive cells. found the median mean 0.0 (interquartile range: 0.0-6.0) 3.5 ± 3.2 (mean SD), respectively.
