ABSTRACT
Part 1 of this article described the early history prestressed concrete construction and pilot bridges in Germany. also covered first two nuclei structures post-war period: engineers Wayss & Freytag eminent German engineer inventor Ulrich Finsterwalder. 2 completes main period orientation competition prestressing development up to 1965. The four paper indicate today's bridge building.
