ABSTRACT
CAPS (Cleaved Amplified Polymorphic Sequence) method and standard infection tests were used for the study of tomatoes (Lycopersicon esculentum L.) resistance against root-knot nematode (Meloidogyne incognita Kofoit White). The was to determine genotypic constitution Mi gene in ten Czech four foreign varieties tomatoes. Similarly verified one hundred twenty individuals F2 segregated progeny Nema variety same number Petopride variety. A comparison results test with molecular-genetic analyse DNA showed 100% congruence detection resistant (susceptible respectively) genotypes. Result 2 confirmed level mathematical expectation P (0.5, 0.7) between actually obtained theoretical segregation ratios. can be recommended fast precise determination or susceptibility tomato plants nematodes. goal is possibility that significantly accelerate process creation new varieties.
