ABSTRACT
Soil microorganisms are critical to maintain soil function, enhance plant health and increase crop yields. This study investigated the effects of organic matter on microbial community assessed which microbes were in positive correlation maize The results showed that different fertilizer treatments shaped specific communities same soils. most abundant beneficial found with produced from cattle manure, return wheat straw 70% NPK admixture fertilizers treatment. analysis revealed yields no both shifts structure number sequences or operational taxonomic units (OTUs) microbes. However, at species level. 35 bacteria OTUs 19 orders 14 classes 9 phyla maize, while fungi only one OTU25 belonging Sordariales was correlation. Our indicate long-term application inorganic amendments could enrich bacterial fungal promote its diversity.
