ABSTRACT
Maxillary molars are commonly anesthetized via buccal infiltration. A patient's mouth opening during maxillary infiltration can influence dental treatment. Hence, this study aimed to evaluate and compare the of palatal root length on efficacy 2% lidocaine in 1:80000 adrenaline for (MBI) between open- closed-mouth techniques.
