ABSTRACT
The objective of clinical trials is to answer about intervention in the real-world, for which they must be properly designed and executed by presenting results reliably with findings a clear way. OBJECTIVES: To identify risk bias interventions diabetic retinopathy and/or macular edema from Cochrane systematic reviews. METHODS: A sensitive search strategy was reviews edema. assessment captured as presented author. FINDINGS: We found eight SR one meta-analysis network totaling 116 randomized trials. Our sample revealed that among domains randomization, allocation secret, masking participants personnel, incomplete outcomes, selective outcomes others, assessed low ranged 30.4 49.1%; unclear between 22 56% high 1 21.7%.
