ABSTRACT
As irrigation water decreases, crop transpiration also resulting in an increase leaf temperature and of the stress index (CWSI). Therefore, study, response Capsicum to different regimes was evaluated with periodic measurements temperature, stomatal conductance estimation CWSI. The treatments consisted a complete drip (RO) deficit (RD-78 RD-58) that received 78% 58% irrigation, applying total volume 3363, 2618 1956 m3 ha-1 for RO, RD-78 RD-58, respectively; obtaining maximum yields 30.2, 13.9 12.9 t CWSI 0.50, 0.62 0.54 C. bacatum, annumm chinense, respectively. highest values ranged from 724 887 mmol s-1 m-2, 0.1 0.3. value 0.3 (soil moisture 25 33%) results good indicator time it might be criterion incorporated save improve management programs.
