ABSTRACT
The gambir plant can serve as a raw material for botanical insecticides. Plant-based insecticides are made in nanoemulsion form to overcome the insecticide particle size problem. This study aims obtain waste that has potential be used using nanotechnology. laboratory experiments include preliminary and follow-up tests. test involves testing each extract (liquid, solid, waste) at three concentrations completely randomized design with four replications. uses residue method on leaves insecticidal activity. Creating from mixing organic liquid phases through spontaneous emulsification. effectiveness of this is tested Croccidolomia pavonana . results show solid alternative insecticides, which influence mortality C an LC 50 concentration 0.22 (solid 0. 29 (liquid waste), while 95 2.44 2.52 waste). research promotes utilizing natural resources innovative technologies, advancing environmentally conscious pest control methods, fostering sustainable agricultural systems.
