ABSTRACT
The task of every government, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, is to provide services and goods for citizens maintain economic order. Therefore, combination legislation, judiciary administration inevitable. Moreover, public administrations must transform way they function by using more information communication technology in order remain responsive efficient. This challenge was further revealed lockdowns individual countries, which affected their social development. solution that implementation e-government sector. It also increases innovation governance processes as well efficiency effectiveness offering participative opportunities citizens. Hence, a mature level development arises.
