ABSTRACT
Phycocyanin is a type of marine food additive with multiple biological properties, including anticancer activity, but its underlying antineoplastic mechanism in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) remains unclear. To investigate the regulatory phycocyanin NSCLC, lncRNA microarray analysis was performed using phycocyanin-treated A549 model. The classification and expression lncRNAs were determined. profiles differentially expressed generated analyzed Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (KEGG) Gene Ontology (GO) analyses. results showed that 193 upregulated 116 downregulated group compared control group, qRT‒PCR confirmed selected lncRNAs. Bioinformatic indicated their target genes enriched extracellular region, epithelium development, NOD-like receptor pathway, Notch signaling, apoptosis process. In addition, coexpression network identified 2,238 lncRNA‒mRNA, lncRNA‒lncRNA, mRNA‒mRNA pairs. particular, 72 etc. discovered interaction network, which provides insights into potential cells. Moreover, phenotype experiments downregulating ENST00000538717, after treatment, could significantly inhibit migration viability H460 conclusion, this study lays theoretical foundation for NSCLC treatment advances our understanding mechanisms phycocyanin.
