ABSTRACT
Calla lily (Zantedeschia spp.) is an herbaceous flowering plant that belongs to the Araceae family, with worldwide distribution. Native swampy or mountainous regions of South Africa, it valued as ornamental due its extraordinary spathe and decorative leaves. However, production has decreased presence diseases. In vitro culture cells tissues been successfully applied precisely diagnose control diseases produce disease-free plants.
