The problems of developing diagnostic indices, which could differentiate categories deviant behavior in children and adolescents the context psychological, medical educational committees’ (PMEC) activities are considered. main goal PMEC is timely detection with peculiarities their physical / or mental development deviation, complex examination and, on basis its results, recommendations for corresponding assistance organization education. This group minors includes not only limited health conditions, but also different kinds conflict law.
