ABSTRACT
Over the past two decades, multiple preclinical studies have shown that transplantation of mesenchymal stem cells leads to a pronounced positive effect in animals with experimental stroke. Based on promising results studies, several clinical trials stroke patients also been conducted. In this review, we present and analyze completed dedicated ischemic According obtained results, it can be concluded is safe feasible from economic biomedical point view. For further implementa-tion approach into practice, randomized, placebo-controlled, multicenter are needed large sample optimized cell protocols patient inclusion criteria. review discuss possi-ble strategies enhance effectiveness therapy use cells.
