ABSTRACT
The article discusses the current state of problem multidisciplinary approach to diagnosis childhood autism and child schizophrenia, differentiation nosology data. is based on analysis a case prolonged clinical observation formation specific defect in patient with an early severe onset endogenous disease, which led disruption development.
