Spontaneous biliary perforation in a child: case report and review

ABSTRACT
Spontaneous perforation of the external biliary tract is an extremely rare pathology in childhood, presented literature by description clinical cases. To date, a unified approach to treatment children with this has not been developed.
 The paper presents case spontaneous anterior wall common hepatic duct child seven months, development bilioperitoneum against background obstruction bile bilirubin calculi.
 CASE REPORT. disease began acutely repeated vomiting, stool acholia, dark urine, and increase size abdomen 7-month-old child. Examination hospital revealed ascites, cholecystitis shadows calculi projection hepatoduodenal ligament. According results laparocentesis, was noted. patient underwent laparotomy, 300 ml serous-biliary effusion removed from abdominal cavity. On semicircle there defect which flows. Suturing tree, cholecystectomy drainage ducts through stump cystic were performed. cholangiostomy after 1.5 months. Follow-up 1 year 3 determined during examination.
 CONCLUSIONS. Sewing up site primary can help accelerate reparative process decrease risk developing fistula. Performing reconstructive interventions on cavity compromised bilioperitoneum, our opinion, too risky.
