ABSTRACT
An endometrioid ovarian cyst (known as endometrioma) is the most common variant of external endometriosis. Clinical symptoms range from asymptomatic to negatively affecting on quality life and daily activities a reproductive age woman. Rupture an with hemorrhage into abdominal cavity occurs in 3% women this pathology, which rare complication.
 Ruptured cysts may present diagnostic surgical challenge: patients have acute hemodynamic instability, also imaging ruptured mimic malignancy. Therefore, emergency radiologist needs know semiotics rupture cavity.
 We represent clinical case prime diagnosed large 32-year-old patient, complicated by cavity. In department, patient underwent native computed tomography ultrasound investigation.
 Based study Russian foreign literature, review was made about main aspects radiation differential diagnosis ruptures functional malignant cystic formations.
