ABSTRACT
Lipoma of the parotid gland is a rare benign mesenchymal tumor.It seldom considered in differential diagnosis salivary glands pathology.Lipoma represents approximately 1% tumors.We report clinical case 54-year-old male patient presented with 5-year history painless, slowgrowing mass left gland.The management choice was surgical removal lateral lobe facial nerve preservation.No tumor recurrence, palsy or pain noted postoperatively..
