ABSTRACT
Objective. To assess the significance of melatonin, NT-proBNP and morphological markers myocardial remodeling for predicting risk complications after coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) in patients with ischemic heart disease chronic failure (CHF). Materials methods. We included this study 83 who underwent CABG period from September 2013 to October 2014. All before standard laboratory instrumental examination. Concentrations melatonin were measured 2 days surgery. The evaluation (expression MT2 receptors [MTR2], caspase-3, bcl-2) was carried out tissue samples taken at biopsies right atrial appendage during CABG. Results. Analysis groups favorable unfavorable hospital outcomes revealed no significant differences serum levels NT-proBNP. There a decrease level subgroup outcome combination high comorbid load degree apoptosis cardiomyocytes background moderate MTR2 expression. Comparative assessment pharmacotherapy prior effect on perindopril amlodipine. Conclusion. Preoperative sulfate, markers, can serve as prognostic factors complicated course postoperative CHF. amlodipine preserved ejection fraction exerted cardioprotective myocardium, contributing apoptotic dominant.
