Aim To evaluate prescription of lipid-lowering and antithrombotic therapy in clinical practice to compare differences recommendations using the decision support service (CDSS).Material methods Electronic medical records (EMR) 300 patients from Chazov National Medical Research Center Cardiology, as well organizations controlled by Department Health Lipetsk Region Ministry Voronezh Region, were analyzed for period August - December 2022, during pilot implementation CDSS. Retrospective information about EMR was compared with CDSS guidelines under expert supervision based on digitized laboratory profiles patients. The study primary endpoint a change initially prescribed / or per guidelines.Results Overall 292 included final analysis; 46 (15.7 %) prevention group 246 (84.3 secondary group. In 1, recommended differed 50 % (p<0.001) baseline recorded EMR. group, 78.9 found prescriptions 76.8 patients, significantly different EMR.Conclusion use may improve choosing cardiovascular complications.
