ABSTRACT
Aim Analysis of inter- and intra-study variability changes in the atherosclerotic plaque (ASP) total height area, main quantitative indexes that were planned to be used present study for assessment load carotid arteries.Material methods The incidence recurrent cardiovascular complications (CVC) within 1 year after acute coronary syndrome (ACS) ranges from 7-9 % (in studies) 34 clinical practice). This indicates insufficient efficacy traditional approaches secondary prevention heart disease. We proposed a test hypothesis dynamics ASP parameters subclavian regions can serve as an alternative criterion adequacy ACS. analysis was performed on subgroups participants. These patients had ACS any type documented by angiography with confirmed ultrasound brachiocephalic arteries (BCA) during index hospitalization. BCA analyze load, (Hsum) area (ASPTA), 20 24 study, respectively. Results repeated evaluated 30 6 months follow-up.Results inter-study each significantly higher than which consistent results previous studies. Hsum 0.10 (95 confidence interval, CI - 0.23-0.44) mm ASPTA, 1.05 CI, 0.54-2.63) mm2. values considerably smaller months: Hsum, 0.92 0.64-2.49) 3.67 0.42-6.91) mm2, although difference did not reach statistical significance. above obtained at early stage adaptation specialists protocol. Conclusion suggest possibility fairly reliable
