Review on Synthesis of ZnO Doped with Metal Composites and Its Structural Properties by Sol-gel Technique

ABSTRACT
ZnO is a material having unique structural ,optical and electrical properties doping level, The c-axis lattice parameter shifts towards higher values with increase of manganese content in the film.The first part this paper represents synthesis thin film by sol-gel technique study its XRD. next review presents influence Mn ,In on XRD studies.XRD shows that all prepared work have wurtzite structure constants a=b=3.260A o c=5.214Ao. doped films are found to show (002) preferential growth at low. Indium concentrations. An concentration causes decrease crystalline quality as confirmed .The spectra also samples hexagonal structures. favours orientation along planes upto 5% Mn.
