The transformation of online consumer's behavior is changing landscape risk and crisis communications.How social media can be a beneficial tool for management?How managers respond to challenges posed by media?These have become the focus on mobile communication studies.When Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 went missing, flow information experienced complexity uncertainty, ambiguity in terms adequacy.The incident demonstrated an unprecedented international humanitarian response from technology sector.The authors this study found that primarily involves attentions audiences China respectively.This attempted deep insight about users' perceptions towards portrait China, it discovered significant difference user perception active these two countries.Social networking sites such as Facebook (in Malaysia), Weibo China) Wechat China), public opinion field illustrates sorts openness negotiation China.This research, instead conventional approach, specifically examined users both countries.The survey results contributed mechanism henceforth similar incident.The different level engagement with content posted countries.There no doubt countries affected its organizational reputation.However, participants showed very average confidence empower themselves enhance dialog capacity among various stakeholders incident.
