Construction of Smart Education Evaluation System: A Case Study of International Chinese Language Education

The enablement of intelligent technology and big data has provided an opportunity to transform develop the evaluation International Chinese Language Education. Based on review previous related research, this study constructs overall framework for Smart Education system that contains five levels: user, application, information, data, technology. smart education model four dimensions, namely learning environment, pedagogy, learning, support services, is constructed in study. Meanwhile, some new features are assessed paper. Finally, taking advanced writing course as a case, paper adopts Delphi Analytic Hierarchy Process methods determine index system, which includes 3 first-level indicators, 11 second-level 28 third-level 120 fourth-level indicators.
