ABSTRACT
Every year numerous females are detected infertile as infertility becomes a major problem in reproductive lives, worldwide. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness intrauterine infusion autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) women undergoing frozen embryo transfer cycles with suboptimal endometrium. A total 61 between 22 40 years age were included study. Based on hysteroscopy findings they divided into group (Normal findings) and B (Abnormal findings). Intrauterine instillation PRP was done having an endometrial thickness ≤7 even after giving Estradiol valerate therapy. After 48 72 hours infusion, increase EMT evaluated.
