Effect of intrauterine instillation of autologous platelet-rich plasma on endometrial thickness and pregnancy outcome

Every year numerous females are detected infertile as infertility becomes a major problem in reproductive lives, worldwide. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness intrauterine infusion autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) women undergoing frozen embryo transfer cycles with suboptimal endometrium.
