ABSTRACT
New collaborative practices and technologies increasingly blur the traditional boundaries between co-located remote collaboration. Using such as connected interactive whiteboards mobile devices, team meetings are partially distributed with members. Collaboration tools Slack also invite users to transcend dichotomy of synchronous asynchronous work. In a first attempt frame this new kind practices, Neumayr et al. (2018) have formulated their framework “Hybrid Collaboration” enable description analysis current hybrid collaboration practices. Still, there is considerable knowledge gap in field although it daily common practice. This one-day workshop aims at bringing together researchers practitioners working on empirical research methodologies currently existing practical use cases while ultimately striving for high level usability UX we develop realm either or settings.
