ABSTRACT
FrameQR ® code, microfluidic paper-based analytical devices (microPADs), point of care (POC), telehealth, alkaline phosphatase, ALP Microfluidic (microPADs) have significantly strengthened telehealth services by providing on-site disease biomarker screening, with the additional provision colorimetric output quantification image analysis applications. The analyte results can be stored or shared in a centralized database accessible to healthcare professionals for and e-prescription.However, automatically share on-device test patient details distant database, it is necessary upgrade current microPAD format. To enhance readability microPADs, we proposed laser-printed -code-coupled microPADs (FrameQR -PADs) add on-chip information. The canvas area -PADs was used design microchannels, while channel barriers were made hydrophobic using wax printing. This modified sensor screening phosphatase (ALP) from human serum samples, wherein scanned smartphone compute pixel intensity images ImageJ.By designing an integrated application scan both information, overcome limitation manual labeling associated traditionally designed support use assays settings adding feature online storage at location professionals.
